Due to the type of product we sell and also for hygiene reasons we cannot offer any refunds/exchanges on items. If you receive an item which is damaged or faulty then we will be happy to exchange or refund this for you. However, If you receive a damaged/faulty item then you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing [email protected].
To be eligible for a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an image of the item showing the reason for return. If your refund application is approved we will request that the item is sent back to us. Once the item has reached us we will send you a confirmation email to say your refund has been processed. This may take 5-7 days to show back in your account and will be refunded via the method paid.
